Describe the job, choose the source and target languages and upload files privately.

Compare quotes
Providers quote per language. Compare price, delivery time, rating and expertise side by side.

Award & fund
Award all languages to one provider or each language to a different one. The payment is reserved before work starts.

Approve & release
Approve the delivery, ask for a revision or open a dispute. Payment is released when you approve the work or when the review period ends.
How payment works
When you award a quote, the amount is reserved from your balance and cannot be used for anything else. The translator sees that payment is secured before starting, and it is released only after you approve — or automatically after the review period if you take no action.
Transparent fees
Posting requests and quoting are free. Translation Centers charges providers a commission only on completed, paid work:
- • 10% on orders below $1,000
- • 8% on orders from $1,000
- • 6% on orders from $5,000
Your balances are Translation Centers’ record of the amounts you transferred and how they are allocated to your orders. Translation Centers is not a bank, payment institution or escrow service; balances are not deposits and earn no interest. See the Terms of Use.
