- Yes. The Free listing has no time limit and shows your languages, services, offices and contact details. The Professional plan adds your logo and cover image, ISO certificates, the Certified badge, placement above free listings and alerts for new translation requests.
- Which pages will our company appear on?
- Your country page, the page of every city where you have an office, and the pages for each language and service you list. A complete page, with all your offices, languages and services, appears in more places.
- How do clients contact us?
- Clients can call, e-mail or visit the website shown on your page, or send a project request through the form on it. On the Professional plan these requests go straight to your account and inbox; on the Free plan they reach our team first.
- Our company is already listed. How do we manage the page?
- Create an account, open your account settings and paste the address of your listing to link it. Our team verifies the request; once it is approved, you update the page and choose a plan from your account.
- How do we correct or remove our listing?
- Use “Tell us” at the bottom of your page, or the contact form with the topic “Update or remove a listing”. Our team checks each request with the listed business before the page is changed.
