   Use the button on this page to create an account and confirm your e-mail address.

   Build your profile

   Add your details, language pairs and CV, then submit your profile for review.

   Activate your plan

   After approval, choose Starter or Professional. Your profile appears in the directory once the plan is active.

Questions from translators

Which plan do I need?

Starter publishes your profile with your photo and CV, sends clients’ project requests straight to you and alerts you in your account. Professional adds your work experience, certificates, the Certified badge after a document check, top placement, the home page and e-mail alerts.

When does my plan year start?

On the day you pay. Our team reviews your profile first, so it is best to activate your plan after the profile is approved.

Which pages will my profile appear on?

The translators page for your country and the page for every language and language pair you work in, so clients who need your direction — for example English to Arabic — can find you.

How do clients reach me?

Clients send project requests through the form on your profile, and those requests go straight to your account. They can also use any contact details you choose to publish.

What happens when my plan ends?

Your profile is hidden from the directory until you renew, and your details stay saved. We remind you 14 days before the end, and renewing adds a full year.
